Having moved to the Colorado mountains in 2002 after a lifetime on the East
Coast, Barry’s art reflects sources of inspiration from both the eastern and
western US. Working primarily in watercolors, his paintings depicting old
barns and mills, harborscapes, covered bridges, ghost towns and old cars
reflect a fascination with capturing present day images of the past.
